RPS Engineering, Inc. manufactures a full line of conveyor belt covers able to cover belts from 3’-0” to 5’-0” idler centers. These systems can be manufactured in galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, fiberglass or painted steel. We offer full coverage and ¾ coverage styles as standard.

| Our CH series is a full smooth cover and is among our most economical full cover systems. These covers are fully covered and hinged with a retaining bar to allow the cover to be held in an open position. | Our CH-75 series is a ¾ stationary smooth cover. These covers allow coverage of the belt and are open 45 degrees, standard, for viewing at a glance. Hinged ¾ covers are available as an option. |

| Our CHCO series is a full corrugated cover. These covers are more rigid because of perpendicular corrugations. These covers are more rigid because of perpendicular corrugations. ¾ hinged are available as an option. | Our CHFG series is designed for corrosive applications such as salt or fertilizer. The cover is fiberglass reinforced plastic with stainless steel bands in full or ¾ coverage. |
