Verify that the belt width and idler spacing on site match your order documents — every RPS cover assembly is fabricated to those two numbers. If your conveyor structure uses “T” or “W” shaped top chords, confirm eye bolt clearance (our team checks this with you at ordering, but it’s worth verifying before mounting begins). Have the standard details for your series on hand, along with the installation instructions included with your order. And if anything on site doesn’t match the drawings, call us before improvising — replacement components and answers are a phone call away.
