Best Architectural Metal Siding & Roofing
Architectural metal siding and roofing from RPS Engineering covers
everything your project requires — from panels to installation hardware, all from one source.

With our increased capabilities and added product lines, we can offer a
complete line of architectural and industrial roofing and siding, including
flashing, subgirts, fasteners and sealant. Having the experience in curving
panels, we can also offer curved flashing necessary to curved roofing and
siding applications.
RPS Engineering has the ability to offer various materials such as painted
galvanized, painted galvalume, painted aluminum, as well as stainless steel
and mill finish galvanized, galvalume, aluminum, and copper.
Our Panel Curving Capability
One of the most requested capabilities in architectural metal roofing is the ability to curve panels in the field or in the shop. RPS Engineering has invested in the equipment and experience to curve standing seam and corrugated panels to precise radii, making barrel roofs, arched canopies, and domed structures achievable without sourcing from multiple fabricators. Just as important, we fabricate curved flashing to match.
Many contractors find that sourcing curved panels is only half the battle — flashing that fits a radius profile is equally critical to a weathertight, finished installation. RPS handles both, eliminating the gaps that come from working with separate suppliers. Our curved roofing work can be seen on landmark structures including museums, sports facilities, and large industrial complexes across the region.

Architectural metal siding is no longer limited to plain corrugated panels on industrial buildings. Today’s commercial and institutional projects demand clean lines, consistent finishes, and panel systems that complement glass, masonry, and structural steel facades. RPS Engineering supplies flat panel and profiled metal siding systems designed for exactly these applications. Every siding package can include the full system: panels cut to length, subgirt framing, fasteners, and sealant. This means your crew receives everything needed for installation in a single order, reducing lead time and coordination overhead on the job site. Panel widths, gauges, and profiles are selected based on the specific requirements of your project — whether that’s a single-story warehouse addition or a multi-story architectural facade.
Material Options
Choosing the right material for your metal roofing or siding application depends on the environment, the design intent, and the long-term maintenance expectations of the building owner. RPS Engineering offers a broad range of materials, so the right choice is always available:
- Painted Galvanized Steel — Cost-effective and widely used for industrial and commercial applications.
- Painted Galvalume — Superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized, ideal for roofing applications.
- Painted Aluminum — Lightweight and naturally corrosion-resistant, well suited for coastal or high-humidity environments.
- Mill Finish Galvanized & Galvalume — Unpainted options for applications where a natural metal appearance is preferred or paint is not required.
- Stainless Steel — For demanding environments including food processing, chemical exposure, or high-end architectural specifications.
- Copper — A premium material choice for landmark, historic, or architecturally distinctive buildings where longevity and appearance are paramount.
