Exciting News: A New Chapter Begins!
Christmas came early for me this year. I am thrilled to share that on December 22, I closed on my acquisition of RPS Engineering in Elgin, IL. RPS is a respected, 50-year old manufacturer of industrial cover systems and architectural solutions. RPS has built a strong reputation for durable, custom-engineered solutions that protect critical infrastructure and enhance building aesthetics worldwide. One of our key siding products wraps our headquarters facility pictured above.
I firmly believe my untraditional professional journey through public accounting, banking, management consulting, sales and leadership roles have led me to this day. My passion for supporting professionals in their journeys and building communities to uplift, specifically through organizations like Women in Manufacturing, will continue to be my north star. I could not be more excited as I embark on this new, perhaps bold, but undoubtedly rewarding chapter of my life.
I have so many people to thank who have held my hand through the many storms and cheered the loudest for my wins of my 12-month journey to close.
